mission driven, passionate about education, care about the 'people' on the team in addition to the 'work'

Bonus opportunity (because I have a variable portion of my comp plan) - but still a very strong base
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
flexibility for people to get their work done (without being too rigid, prescriptive, etc.) - but still hold people accountable to contribute to the work and meet goals
