Very collaborative and love the openness of everyone getting to know each other.
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting challenged to be in my first manager role and that my manager knows that not everything is perfect.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Clear about the vision. Of course visions change constantly due to the nature of the start up but I am comfortable with those changes.
