I believe in the vision, it's a great vision, and it's a needed vision. I feel like we need an even greater focus on product stability. I often feel like we are told things that may not be accurate in an ability to push for more customers. It's key to be transparent, and honest for integrity.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The commission rate is pretty nice based on other companies.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have a fun environment. Many of the team members make it fun, and it's not always nose down.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I believe in the knowledge of the leadership team. I feel like they bring a lot of experience in education and technology to our team.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are a real team. We help each other when we need to and look for ways to level up and help level up others.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
It's mostly because the product doesn't work as it should. As you're bring in customers. there are expectations. I feel like we're hearing things are working as an MVP, but in reality it isn't. It's an integrity/ethics thing.
