As an Oncology RN, it takes specialized training and continuing education to do this job, in addition to the education required to become an RN. The pay of a nurse should be based on cost of living in the geographic area where they work, and the work they do, as well as competing hospitals around

I know that I'm not compensated accordingly. There are staff in my department with less education, credentials and experience and make more than I do. New staff have been hired in at almost the same rate. Even after the market analysis and merit increases nothing was changed.

Willing to help when needed most of the time.
My team is full of coworkers who will share information and help each other learn. They share their knowledge and receive feedback professional. Everyone just gets along well.

Some training and education in field of develooment woukd be hugeky helpful. Maybe if more people in development were knowlledgable about fundraising they wouldnt feel so threatened by others. They will never reach their goals with these leaders. I'm surprised the Board hasn't figured that out
