Compenstion is fair.......but bonus is always a huge mystery and obvious efforts to reduce pay of top performers is going on.

We keep losing benefits in this new CommScope

RSU and Bonus targets must be obtainable at 100% payout. 100% payout should not be once in a life time company performance. Employees that help you actually obtain actual results each year should be paid out more, regardless of company performance. You would not be where you are without them.

Skill and effort should equal value and compensation, this is not the case. I left because there was a culture of promoting sub standard work and attitude
