Overall, the pay was good, the stress level was high, and employee morale was low.

I never really like interviews at all.

I am paid above average and the benefits are competitive.

They are terribly understaffed in the credit department and the payscale is uneven.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work well together minus the ones who don't work as hard as the rest.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Unfortunately the only positive part of the environment comes from the administration and not the little man.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They do their best to run the company, but they fail to take into consideration the employees who make up the backbone of the corporation. They are understaffed terribly.
