Horrid, stressful, not worth it, wronged, cheated, mad, and wish I could do something about it.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
What coworkers? They all quit at the same time. Only people left in my store have been flown in and drive from other stores.
What did you like most about the interview process?
They Dangled a beautiful carrot. Made a lot of wonderful promises to me. Started me at 15$ per hr. 3 months later they drop me to 10$ per hr with no warning or reason other than "it didnt work for us" and 1yr later no promises have been kept.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They, on multiple cases, and multiple employees, have shorted their commission checks, robbing their employees, there is literally no way to call HR. So when problems arise, as they often do, you as an employee have no way to report any wrong doing. No firing, forced resignations, dont honor 2wk res
