Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better benefits. It did not help when the HR representative stated you will receive better benefits via ACA verses Conn's
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Focus on the people, not the numbers. Also, do not lead new hires to believe they will be taking only payments when it is the entire loan process.
