Less hours, better pay, a base pay on top of commission, and more incentive to work as a team.

Employees are barely paid 1% of the majority of their sales, you can sell $55,000 and still make minimum wage due to their model.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Coworkers have an aura of competition that is not productive and is rather toxic resulting in botched sales from people not supporting each other.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

The entire process of purchasing anything from Conns involves taking part in a ridiculously long contract that takes at least an hour to have anyone purchase anything, even as small as a laptop. Sometimes it takes three times as long due to the beaurocratic process of calling multiple support lines.
