What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company? Not doing anything and getting paid while the distributor does all the work. You take the distributor to lunch and your day is done. It's a dream job for those with no passion or purpose
What makes you most happy at work?Engaging technical work that challenges me
What are some of the best things about your team?Intense focus on quality and palpable passion for the brand
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Compensation that was competitive for the industry as a manufacturing manager. Benefits that encouraged family time and cost savings. Overall, compensation and benefits need to be increased while work load needs to be decreased. We are far from sustainable with our turnover rate/open positions.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Making positive change from the top down and recognizing that they are no longer competitive in a post covid world. Production teams should drive production numbers not Sales and planning teams who don't understand the manufacturing requirements/processes. Executives need to be more in touch.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Lack of communication. Unfair treatment
