Mr. Lloyd M. Wirshba has been Chief Commercial Officer of North America at Convergys Corporation since September 2015. Mr. Wirshba is responsible for leading the North American business development teams for Convergys. He served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Affinion North America at Affinion Group, Inc. and Affinion Group Holdings, Inc. from December 1, 2010 to January 11, 2012. He has more than 35 years of experience in global, customer-focused companies. He was leading Affinion's largest division and responsible for $1.1 billion in annual revenue, more than 45 million consumer subscriptions in lifestyle, leisure and protection programs and over 5,000 client relationships. Mr. Wirshba served as the Chief Executive Officer of Barclays Bank Delaware from May 2007 to November 2010. Mr. Wirshba served as the Chief Executive of US Credit Card Business at Barclays PLC since May 2007. While there, Mr. Wirshba was responsible for managing more than 7 million domestic credit card accounts and $11 billion in card receivables. He also led the development and rapid growth of Barclaycard's customized, co-branded card programs for many of the most well-known companies in travel, entertainment, retail and financial services. He served as Chief Executive Officer of Barclaycard US, Wirshba was instrumental in creating deep, lasting relationships and building trusted partnerships with leading brands across multiple industries. Mr. Wirshba served as an Executive Vice President of ICT Group Inc. from July 7, 2005 to May 24, 2007 and its Chief Administrative Officer from January 2006 to May 24, 2007 and Chief Marketing Officer from September 2006 to May 24, 2007, where he was responsible for the strategic development and execution of growth and diversification initiatives. At ICT Group, he ran the business development and sales, information technologies, human resources and training, quality and compliance, strategic planning and marketing functions. Previously, during 21-year tenure with American Express Company, Mr. Wirshba served as Senior Vice President, U.S. Service Delivery, responsible for managing its entire outsourced service delivery business with particular focus on the areas of contact center management and card issuance, activation and replacement services, spanning over 10 service providers in 15 contact centers and 5,000 agents. He served as Senior Vice President, Member Services at AOL from May 2003 to February 2005. He also spent two years at Time Warner's AOL subsidiary and was responsible for managing the member services organization of over 12,000 customer care consultants across the globe, providing acquisition, retention, billing and technical support services for the then 22 million member subscription base. Mr. Wirshba also managed the design and development of American Express' network servicing strategy and the engineering of its service processes to meet customer and marketplace requirements and to ensure the proper integration of new products/programs for optimal service and satisfaction. At American Express, Mr. Wirshba also served as Vice President and General Manager of U.S. Establishment Services, overseeing the multi-billion dollar restaurant and entertainment business, including establishing its business expansion strategies and marketing initiatives as well as servicing its merchant partner network. Mr. Wirshba also held a series of increasingly responsible financial management positions at American Express, including Chief Financial Officer, overseeing the financial operations of its U.S. establishment services and other card group divisions. From 1979 to 1982, he was employed as a certified public accountant with Coopers & Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers). He serves on the Financial Services Roundtable and is a Board Member of the United Way of Delaware and the Delaware State Chamber of Commerce and is a Member of the Delaware Business Roundtable and the CEO council of the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce. He is a Financial Services and Consumer Products Executive. Mr. Wirshba obtained a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Accounting from the State University of New York at Albany and an MBA in Finance from New York University.
