Everyone is really hardworking and respect each other. Everyone's trying to help out each other as much as possible.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The relaxed work environment. Although there is a lot of work to be done, no one micro manages you. As long you complete your responsibilities, no one will complain about you coming late/ leaving early, taking more breaks, etc.
