Review from Marketing Dept

PF contributions and Flexi benefits

Review from HR Dept

7 weeks sabbatical, bonus time offs

Review from Sales Dept

Sabatical after 7 years at CSOD. Nothing tops that for me

Review from Customer Success Dept

Sales comp plans are really good. But its more than money, this company invests in worklife balance, wellbeing and development. Swag is a plenty and i'm honoured to wear or use it with pride.

Review from Sales Dept

I love birthday day off the most!

Review from HR Dept

Salary, Bonus, Medical Insurance, Paid Time off

Review from HR Dept

Unlimited holidays. 7 week sabbatical at 7 year mark.

Review from HR Dept

I am paid well to exceed my target.

Review from Sales Dept

well rounded package at a reasonable cost to employee Unlimited PTO

Review from Operations Dept

I get a bonus if the company performs

Review from Customer Support Dept

It is fair, on the high side compared to the market

Review from Sales Dept

Nothing special, but nothing important missing

Review from Marketing Dept

Commission pay is not capped and there is bonus potential to earn when I go above 100% my goals.

Review from Sales Dept

Unlimited PTO and flexible work arrangements.

Review from Customer Success Dept

I feel I'm being paid what I'm worth and there is still opportunity to grow compensation-wise

Review from Customer Success Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Because I recently learned that a brand new hire - in the exact same role - has a base salary 50% more than mine. And I have been there 5+ years.

Review from Sales Dept

1. Salary is not as per market standard. 2. No onsite opportunity 3. Promotion cycle is slow

Review from Product Dept

Pay me my market rate:) Im about £50k short of what I know I could get in the marketplace - £30k-£40k short on base and £35k short on target bonus (40% base). Not going anywhere - having

Review from Business Development Dept

The sales compensation plans are a mess. Last year I had 4 compensation plans. This year my comp plan was not executed until April or May. There is no excuse for not being able to tell an employee how much they will get paid and how/when.

Review from Sales Dept

Variable component is missing and the same needs to be included.

Review from Sales Dept

Didn't get a raise this year - they do not give yearly raises consistently. We are also under what industry standards are for the roles.

Review from Customer Success Dept

Easy, gender pay gap. Also, Sales-related positions seem to be everything here (high compensation plus incentives etc), whereas other positions doesn't seem to be as important. (although other departments are fundamental! E.g. Product Development, Customer Support, etc.)

Review from Customer Success Dept

A salary raise accordingly to the market standard.

Review from Design Dept

Less variable pay and more fixed

Review from Engineering Dept

Campanies on local market pay more. Recent Salary Review was symbolic comparing to increase of the living costs.

Review from Engineering Dept

Equity bonuses were lost when the company went private, which was about 25% of our salary, and no. I would like to see higher pay to adjust fairly. Company should have prioritize mental health days like is happening at most tech companies, unlimited PTO is a benefit for the company, not employee

Review from Marketing Dept

Provide more competitive compensation for the talents

Review from Engineering Dept

I don't think I'm paid at market value

Review from Engineering Dept

More LGBTQ benefits, paternity leave, surrogacy benefits a better 401K match.

Review from Customer Support Dept

as a senior person I am undervalued and terribly paid. Just pay attention to people who bring you value and appreciate Cornerstone , it's value , the products. They are your best ambassadors!

Review from Finance Dept

Employees who have joined CSOD through acquisition are not entitled to some benefits based on their uninterrupted employment time (eg. sabbatical leave after X years)

Review from Operations Dept

Since 2 years I am being told I will get promoted and just got to know that due to aqcuisition it will be postponed. I would feel better if I had a clear vision of what is ahead of me.

Review from Product Dept

My experience is really big, currently we are trying to be engaged more in newest projects in company, but it takes so long to get the decision.... There is a lot of offers in the market with better compensation. But I want to stay in the company, take part of something big... I like that company :)

Review from IT Dept

With RSUs taken away, there is no opportunity to earn long-term bonus with CSOD.

Review from Engineering Dept

currently I am not paid on par with my colleagues and what the market is paying for my role, success and tenure
