Data from 60 employees in 4 departments at Costco revealed employees in the Customer Support department feel the highest amount of job security at Costco whereas employees in the IT department tend to feel the least secure. When comparing men to women, men are more likely to say they feel secure at Costco. Lastly, employees who have a Bachelor's degree or have Over 10 Years work experience feel Very Secure about their job at Costco.
