Cumberland Farms Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

The benefits aren't really worth it for me but they are for someone aiming to make a career out of this.

MY 401K, hard to get thru to anyone in Human Resources for help with anything!

Getting paid weekly instead of bi weekly

Big bonuses, if you hit your metrics, you make bank as a manager

The extra bonus for us

What the company does both for the cusimer and the employee.

All is great to me.

Being able to work for a good company

Showing my willing to work

It's more than I made at other stores

Do not have . I am part-time

I love my job it's a great place to be

We get vacation and time off

I only have vacation time and monthly bonuses that are applicable.

There are many options to use

The health insurance is top notch

The retirement and 401k plan on place

That i actually have one

Dollar for dollar stock money

Life insurance you receive if full time

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Other similar workplaces offer better compensation.

I have been working at the company for 8 years and the wage is just stagnant. I wish I was paid more for the work that I do and the sometimes difficult customers I have to deal with daily.

I feel undervalued because of the color of my skin

I got fired for cleaning up lazy coworkers mess. The lady on your security team should follow through when she watches videos. Are you saying I believe her name is as soon as he sees you do something that looks suspicious, immediately you get fired she should watch the tapes to the end . Very sneaky

More recognition, more support from upper management. There are always two sides to a story. Listen to both sides before coming to a conclusion. Managers and staff need better training. I was thrown right in, had no yraining

if i didnt have to fear that my district manager wasnt going to put my and my coworkers' safety at risk with another visit. good health insurance tho

Benefits are very minimal but it's typical in retail positions. No growth whatsoever.

Better pay, benefits and incentives.

Over worked expect alot for little

Our wages are not enough to pay our rents, our SmartPay incentive program doesn't work and most impotantly I do not feel that my company has my back

More stability in our events work schedule

If the company would openly and transparently tell the employee what they are going to be making per hour. That the training would be more hands on instead of eight hours of corporate friendly videos which serve no one.

Review from Sales Dept

too is expected of retail workers in general in this country and although cumberland farms tried to make up the difference, it wasn't a consistent pay boost, it was an incentivised pay boost, so not everyone took it seriously and it would ruin it for the rest of us who depended on that extra cash

Review from Sales Dept

my management team has no information on how i even begin to recieve my benefit package.

Review from Customer Support Dept

On a regular shift I earn 13.60, on an overnight I earn for 14.00. I should earn an extra dollar for overnight yet it's 40 cents

A raise, validation and appreciation

My manager makes me feel undervalued and over worked.

Review from Sales Dept

Being paid properly for the work

I was treated poorly by my first store manager that was not handled, to my opinion, correctly by upper management and I believe I was fired unjustly.

Better and more respectful managers at my store
