They do not put the customer first they put their self first
No staffing, closes down early frequently due to lack of employees, runs out of cups, lids, lack of management, she is always gone,
our customers actually hate the district manager lmao
upper management is on a power trip

I believe Cumberland Farms should be more selective about it's hiring to only bring in the best contenders for the positions to be filled, and raise hourly rates to lower management positions or just convert to salary.

I've never once spoken to someone from Human Resources, let alone met them. Former coworkers have tried reaching out about managerial issues and either played phone tag for weeks and gotten nowhere, or told "they're the manager, it's their store to do with as they please."
