Making sure all the employees work hard. Keep people for what they work, don't steal from them when they leave. It's unbelievable how they treat their employees.

I have been working at the company for 8 years and the wage is just stagnant. I wish I was paid more for the work that I do and the sometimes difficult customers I have to deal with daily.

I got fired for cleaning up lazy coworkers mess. The lady on your security team should follow through when she watches videos. Are you saying I believe her name is as soon as he sees you do something that looks suspicious, immediately you get fired she should watch the tapes to the end . Very sneaky

More recognition, more support from upper management. There are always two sides to a story. Listen to both sides before coming to a conclusion. Managers and staff need better training. I was thrown right in, had no yraining

Laziness! because there were two lazy guys at the Cumberland farms I worked at, I made the mistake of cleaning up after them. The lady that watches the tapes when you think somebody stealing something should be fired because she watches them halfway full, and then makes up her own anding.

Teamwork, professionalism, loyalty, honesty, dedication, organization.

Stop being lazy and actually clock in and work!

People who want to work and better communication.

Negativity needs to stop. Stop talking negative about fellow employees, helping one another.

The company is great honestly but this new manager is not good for our store or your company. She is completely bonus driven which will cause the company problems. Customers are complaining daily

I was denied an application and forced into an immediate interview. This made it so that i was paid less as they didnt have my work history.

Ask things that matter and things that can help down the line

Having a two step interviewing process where you meet with the manager and the GSL or the district manager as well. Getting two separate view points of a new hire rather than relying solely on one person to make a good new hire.
