I work with amazing people who are all focused on contributing to the shared mission of the company. They are passionate, creative, innovative, and smart.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do not believe my pay is competitive for my skillset and locale. Our VIP is terrible. My benefits are so poor that I pay for alternative insurance outside of the company in order to receive anything of quality.
