Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I do not believe my pay is competitive for my skillset and locale. Our VIP is terrible. My benefits are so poor that I pay for alternative insurance outside of the company in order to receive anything of quality.

What are some of the best things about your team?

My smaller team has the least amount of turnover in my whole department. My manager is incredible, trusts his team, actively listens to us, and provides us loads of opportunities.

The comradery and the support

everyone is willing to work together and help out, no matter the team. It's a collectively helpful culture and there's a lot of passion as well, especially towards the mission of the company too

I had eight rounds. I was made to feel comfortable.

It was casual-- I was told that it was just going to be a conversation, and it really did just feel like that!
