It is very comprehensive and the wellness benefit
I do not believe my pay is competitive for my skillset and locale. Our VIP is terrible. My benefits are so poor that I pay for alternative insurance outside of the company in order to receive anything of quality.

My smaller team has the least amount of turnover in my whole department. My manager is incredible, trusts his team, actively listens to us, and provides us loads of opportunities.
