I have been nothing bit respectful and hard working in the time that i have been working there for just under a year and i've experienced awful treatment. I have been shorted money, as well as hours. upon asking for more hours I was laughed and more employees were hired. That's only the start.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Scheduling, Managing hours, allow employees contact with management, overall employee care
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
They did not interview me or take in a resume whatsoever.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Majority of my coworkers are personal friends with each other and frequently disinclude any staff members that are outside of their circles
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There is a very tightly knit group of employees who frequently adjust the schedule so that they are working together or more hours therefore leaving less available hours for other staff. As well as management is very uninvolved.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
When I'm on shift I do majority of tasks and I never complain, yet over the months I have went from 25-30 hours a week to approximately 7-8 although i've asked consistently for more scheduled hours rather than being treated as on call staff.
