Lack of management coaching, gossiping to other employees to other hourly workers. Favortism in the store , store has 5 family employees and they get all the hours to work and get preference on the daily work assignments. This is the palm beach blvd store in ft myers fl also clocking out employees

Work together and help out each other. Even the managers dont get along. If you have a management team that doesnt get along and are not consistant how is the work flow going to be a healthy enviroment for all?
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
To be fairly compensated for the unsurmountable work expected of employees and not be expected to do work that needs to be done by a professional cleaning team. Managers help out staff during peak times. And not feel like Im not valued as an employee
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Coaching helping out employees and stop clicking people out before their side work is completed expecting pregnant staff to inhale harmful cleaning supplies to clean the bottom of the nasty toilets. Treat people the same, not show favortism towards staff and scheduling, they need to coach employees
