What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their goal everyday is to have a positive experience. Our job is not only to serve the customers, but we serve each other every day. Its the most genuine teamwork I've experienced.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Many lower employees are minors and do not take positions for long. There is an entirely new crew every few months, but for those of us that stay, we are taking on the work of multiple people while still unable to afford basic necessities.
