The owner of the Begrade and Bozeman locations in Montana harassed myself and my mother when one of his managers gave me a tip (and then reported me like i stole it). Instead of simply asking for it back, he threated to call police, called me a thief and bullied my coworker friends all night.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Its my shift leads that cause issues, not only are they cruel, but they're power hungy abusers who think they can bully employees just for fun
