What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Being able to share jokes with my coworkers, and having general understanding.
What makes you most happy at work?
I haven't been too happy at all about going to work for the past month
What are some of the best things about your team?
My individual team is amazing. We can joke around throughout the shift and share human interactions with each other that keep work from being lifeless and mundane. They are generally kind, and pure hearted. There is nothing I wouldn't do for my team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
We have 5 managers, 1 is new. They are all generally polite, and we all have a Sense of humor. 1 of the head managers has a bit of an attitude problem, not the one I previously mentioned, yet this one I think it's just a personality quirk. However, they fail to meet on the same page.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was the first of all staff hired in for the new location, and was supposed to be hired in for the shift leader position. I trained and trained on grill instead. Upon open, I was told I have first dibs on the position by my manager. After open 4 women were given my position without working for it.
