The diary queen I work at is being closed so not much.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Always have something to do. In rarely bored which is something I like.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Holding everyone accountable for doing their jobs and not putting their work on others, mainly me.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do A LOT of work. And I only make 11 an hour. Barely pays rent. Plus its closing down. Very unsatisfied.
