My team is amazing. I love my staff so much I find it hard to keep it professional at times. I have been offered other opportunities but I always find I stay because of my staff
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I usually feel very valued but I feel I do not get paid for the amount of work I put into my job/ I have worked here 4 years and love this company but it doesn’t pay my bills like I wish it did.
