We can always joke around about mistakes and bad customers and it is not illegal to talk as long as things are being done.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our boss paid extra to always have the air conditioner on by the hot ovens. Especially with everyone crowded together and running back and forward.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I worked full time for half a year and then had to go to part time because of college. You start receiving benefits after 1 year of full time work and I think that time should be smaller.
