I have some issues with the store owners. I don't think they've treated me fairly, but the co-workers I see every day make me happy and the job overall is exciting, though very stressful.

They don't ask anything too difficult during the interview process.

They genuinely seem to care and give me more responsibility when I ask for it.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because I work very hard and do everything that's expected of me, but they pay me less than my male counterpart who has less experience than me.
