So so. Pay is not great, amount of hours are not great. But It gives you the flexibility to work day or night shift. Let you finish school. No benefits though would be a great fit for school kids.

Job only pays minimum wage with no raises, no benefits.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Too much favoritism. Pay is only minimum wage. Good job for a college or high school student only looking for a few hours every night. Be ware that they cut hours drastically from October thru February
