I have worked here for 5 years and it is my favorite job I've had. I work at a smaller town one that is independently owned so it may differ from other DQs but it is a great place to work

They care about you personally and work with you to have the best experience possible in your work time and also with how it affects your personal life.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was very easy, not much of an interview. Most new hires are hired off of current employees recommendations and the interview is more like a getting to know you session. You basically have the job already at that point.
