overall was good at first till new people came in and then it went down hill.

the team works somewhat well together but they are good people.

the fact of having good conversations with coworkers and get along.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
they do not know how to keep things in stock, the hours are bad, the manager is ghetto. To make is better is keep everything in stock more hours to those in needing them and a new manager.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
people need to do their job when it comes to their shift being almost over. they need to get it together and not have me or anyone else do their job for them im not a babby sitter who holds their hand for them.
