Customers will always smile at the sight of you flipping a usually well made blizzard, the soft serve ice cream is always perfect to have immediately. I'm happy working at my job, likely wouldn't trade it for much, but overall a good service we provide.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Most of my coworkers are family I've never met, and they have good morals and good moral.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leadership team provide a moral boost, aren't hard on you and teach you properly, everything I needed to become better at my job.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I'm paid finer than what I've seen for other jobs, and I believe for what I do it's a fair wage compared to what I do in my job.
What makes you most happy at work?
Cleaning the things that were once dirty, preserving the machines and overall tables and such. It's good to keep the place sanitized as well as the caps and such.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team changes with people every now and then, but with good people brings more, and I've had great teamwork with ones I can communicate with effectively and at the same time not feel stressed, with a good attitude.
