Dana Incorporated Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

the way they handled my financial needs

Dana offers affordable insurance and a great work life balance

high base salary keeps me coming back for more. bonuses aren't guaranteed as margins are small and the difference between a bad year okay year and great year is all small

Perks and pto pretty much everything

Medical, dental and vision plan

Our new bargained pension plan

It is constantly improving and has been since the beginning.

Much higher than other local companies

Review from Operations Dept

Bade salary, good healthcare benefits

The benefits are what is keeping people there

I think everything,i like it all

Low healthcare cost and paid holidays.

Review from Engineering Dept

The pay and bonus plan

Review from Engineering Dept

Retirement is good and good health package

Review from Engineering Dept

Insurance is great and very affordable

Review from Engineering Dept

Best part of the compensation package is the fair pay with bonus structure.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Match my 401k and better insurance

Its fine and mid market likely but rhay dont reward performers

skilled traded are under paid for the work on the machinery to keep it running after management circles a no pm program

Being paid on time, like everyone else. Issues being handled more directly

Because the negative vibes I got from people. Conversation and hostility. Should make a million off of the people that have to tolerate that type of leadership. It's wrong

I felt walked all over disrespected and stalked by the supervisor upstairs and I'm done with having to go into detail with another woman about my bathroom break that made me a few minutes late unfortunately.

Get a raise, instead we get nothing and just fall farthet down the ladder. But the ceo group, sure get their raises and bonuses. Its about time that the executive make what the common worker gets paid.

Have to work 13 days with no day off this is a big safety concern

I feel undervalued and I feel we deserve more respect and better pay with more sick/vacation time

Paid market value, commission, short time.

Other locations near here have higher starting wages than our top out wage.

If top out was more than what it is

Review from Operations Dept

Less pain and less threat!

I don't make what other professionals in my field make
