The benefits and the people
Stop pushing for more more more allow employees and team leads show ceo appreciates records being reached as well as doing great. Employees feel not appreciated they dont give anymore. Theres nothing they are working towards except making hirer up richer and the bills being paid .
no training to get rid of the scrap rate, more quality personnel, more process people for the off shifts, more people that are qualified
The supervisors are disrespectful and the team leads are impatient. No tolerance for new hires and one mistake will cost you a position at the Toledo plant.
I explained it. I'm not going to work for a company that hasn't paid me and is stalking haunting and hating and harassing over minor details with new employee. Strict is strict harassment is harrassment
Management needs to do more work
A large mutlitude of issues from the top down, company needs to go bankrupt again or be bought and restructured
Machines need regular work, we need at least 1 day off a week, etc.
We need higher starting and top out wages to be competitive with other companies. The current staff feels overworked and underappreciated by management. We need more people to meet customers demands.
The pay can be improved along with the team leaders being of more help

Lack of quality. Better quality managers
No space for individual ideas! Too flat hierarchy and top management heavily overloaded! No time for deeper discussions. Only actionism, no time to deep dive issues!
Management needs to manage with an interactive positive attitude instead of threats and belittling non family members .
