I enjoyed that personality was taken into consideraion and not just experience. They truly searched for someone who loved helping people.

My team are like a family. We are always there for each other to pick up slack, and we trust each other deeply.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager is very informative and take charge witbout being rude. She does not abuse her power and is such a focused, kind person.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The employees i work with are an absolute delight. They make me feel at home from day one, like i truly belong at davids bridal.
What makes you most happy at work?
What makes me most happy is seeing a fellow coworker make a sale, and doing my job efficiently to be able to schedule appointments to help the sale.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am happy about the sign on bonus! Though i do wish i was paid a dollar or two more hourly the experience of the job is well worth it.
