Horrible clients that we are forced to work with - they swear at us, they get upset if they don't get every little thing they think they deserve. It is a very poor representation of this state and its education system. No training, be made fun of by manager - not for me anymore!
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Standing up for staff to rude clients. Putting the sale aside for the staff because it's all about the $$$ here.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No one even explained how we get paid for selling dresses! I have only been paid for the hours I worked.
