You do not care about your employees. I loved workknt there and making women happy and feel beautiful but $15 an hour at part time (which is what is allowed for stylists) can't buy me a full load of groceries even for just the week. You treat crs terribly and over work them.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The nature of the job in making people feel special and beautiful is rewarding. Working along side supportive women is also a plus. I have no complaints about the nature of the work simply your practices and choices as a company to pay in lunch money.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team is great the issue wasnt with my coworkers its management and the company itself not even providing enough money for paper towel rolls or keep the building heat low in canadian winters to save money even with all the exploiting of wealth you already do
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
For the love of god you can pay better. You claim record breaking profits while some of your employees are on food stamps you should feel ashamed but as a corporation you have no soul or ability to feel guilt for your exploiting since you think of it as smart financial choices.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Again, over working, not having proper breaks put into place to the point that it becomes questionable legally but none of us can do a thing since you are a massive coporation that does not care about a fast turn over. You do not care about your employees at all, I doubt these are read
