Shit. The District Manager bullies everyone. And there is no way to contact higher ups to care or listen. If you talk back they take it out of your commission.

Nothing. The District Manager is rude and disrespectful.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Thats exactly it. Them. My coworkers are amazing. But theyve had to quit because theyve been bullied or robbed of their commission.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Locally my coworkers are amazing. But above that if you disagree with the District Manager they will fire you or write you up
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The District Manager belittles everyone. They say things like how they sleep amazing at night when they know the 'lowers' are suffering, infront of paying customers. So many people have quit and it is all overlooked. Why is no one caring?
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Listen to the people actually in your stores running it! The District or Regional Managers don't even know how to ring people out or even use the computer system. Also dont over schedule us for gaps in the team because so many people have quit and then write us up for not hurting productivity
