there is a very strong favoritism with in the team, if you give all your available time 5 or 6 days a week availablity to work yes davita management love you and you'll be favorite, and if you only work days a week with them, you'll be denied mos t of the time when applying for PTO

if a loyal employees serve in a company like davita for 20 0r more years we never get compensated with any pension plan from the compamy compared to most companies
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
employee interview should be done in quarterly basis either online or in person, or maybe employee suggestion box or employee ideas on how to improve management and employee relation questionairs should be ask quarterly like survey to be submitted through suggestion box.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
in order to satisfy patient safety and patient satisfaction, work environment for the company number one priority is the patient and satisfaction, if nurses and pct patiens ratio is met with in the whole time that a patient is the clinic improvement will succeed
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
insufficient staffing is the the problem with in davita work environment, if there will be a suvey with in every davita employess specially nurses and technicians who is always on the floor, nurse to patient ratio or technicians to patient ratio is not fairly met by davita, patient safety is not met
