Very negative regarding employee's work performance. Discipline and corrective action makes this employee want to quit. I feel like I am under a microscope, even though I have many years of experience in nursing and hemodialysis. I am an excellent nurse. Threat of corrective action is stresse

Knowing I did the best job I could, and am always hardworking, kind, and follow the Golden Rule.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Positive feedback is so much less than negativity stressed. I can understand why our unit is always short staffed.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Instead of telling management something negative about me, tell me in person. I am not a robot, but a nurse trying her/his best, with caring feelings for my patients, and all people.
