Does not take teammate or patients into account. I have reported patient neglect and teammates going against policy numerous times and nothing has changed. I have continued to ask for meeting about these issues and it has been 2 months now of my FA ignoring my requests and leaving work early instead

my patients. interacting and brightening their day

everything. literally everything. caring at least a little bit

Everything. following policies, caring for patients, doing thie job

easy interview. almost too easy.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
communication, caring. Actually putting in effort and treating out patients and other staff memebers like theyre actually people
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do my work and also pick uo my teammates slack even though I an the least experienced and have been working the least amount of time
