Employees that work direct patient care are under paid. I work for region 4. We just have our market adjustments last friday and we are all diappointed becauae it didnt even reach a $1 other conworkers was 40 cents so howcan we keep up when everything are so high especially gas. Its time for UNiON!

Stop limiting our budget! And take care of the workers! We are the one direct tonthe patients we ahould be the one getting thw best benefits
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Increased our pay. We just have market adjustment last friday but sadly it didnt even make close to a $1...its just cents so how can we keep up with our daily living knowing everythings high
