Overworked and underpaid. 3 positions over 8 + years. NO ONE reads or cares about employee surveys. Clinics are understaffed and unsafe, especially on the East Coast. RNs are not paid fairly across the board. The CEO is incorrect here. The new CEO makes millions and has no idea how bad things are.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Thinking.....unable to answer. Nothing preached is practiced.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team gets along well. Our manager definitely stands behind us and does not micromanage like my previous manager.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Interviews have gone well. I think it depends on the recruiter and if they are influenced by or friends with the manager.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The only leader who cares is my direct manager. Above her, managers are inconsiderate and unprofessional and those who are not "clinical" have no idea what clinics need let alone patients. Nurse to patient ratio and staffing clinics should be their #1 concern-the rest would fall into place.
