Leadership is top heavy mostly noclinicial thus only concerned with numbers/profit. They dont put staff or patients a priority. If you dont have the staff or patients you cant eill not profit. I feel the doctors dont even have a say.

As mentioned prior staff is lower class than management. No medical knowledge or people skills.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Everyone should feel they are part of the village. That their work is meaningful, find the good they do instead of calling out all their negatives
