Overall, its a job but not something I would want to do long-term.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
amount of PTO is great
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There are a few great coworkers but most of them are problems.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I have a good manager but his boss and manager are not good. One is extremely controlling, the other is absent.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The work is hard so it stresses everyone out, add into the mix a few coworkers that don't pull their weight and things can get bad.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The work schedule makes it hard to enjoy life because you can't make commitments to attend gym classes, kids events, family events, etc. For the pay, this kind of requirement is not fair.
