What does the leadership team need to get better at?

There is an extreme lack of communication and consistency throughout the entire company and each of it's clinics.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

There is no communication. We are each told how to do things differently and there is no consistency.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

I would have the interviewers be more honest about what to expect when working with the company. Also have the actual managers you'll be working with be present for at least one step of the process.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

They need to stop taking the cheap route and actually care about providing a quality service rather than making money for the CEO. They need to respect and value their hardworking employees instead of seeing them as easily replaceable.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

It would help if they honored set pay raises as described in the contract I signed during the hiring process. Also they treat their employees simply as numbers and do not care about them or their efforts on a personal level.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Promised raises aren't being given and employees who've worked with the company for 20+ years are quitting without management attempting to value them and keep them. They would rather hire and train over and over than treat their current employees with the respect they deserve.
