What's going wrong and how can it be improved?There needs to be an improvement with management and the communications to the subordinates. the fair and equal process of promotion, training, pay, work distribution and supervisory oversight.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?I find myself doing 40% of my coworkers work and cleaning up their projects so that they will have a passing or above average performance rating.
