our onboarding was pretty messy when we were acquired. I was never given an implementation specialist at the beginning which made things hard. when i moved centers, it was rough since the center manager had checked out and left the facility a mess.
The staff, and the dogs.
the dogs and our clients.
The leadership team tries to come up with solutions to my problems. If they don?
if they don't have the answer, they will always direct me in the correct direction
The staff and the dogs. Helping my staff grow and seeing them happy with the dogs and their jobs.
my team cares about the dogs above all else, they will go above and beyond to ensure our pet guest have the best visit.
the staff truly enjoys being at work, and will find a shift manager if they are feeling some type of way. communication is very open.
My team cares for the dogs so much. They always put the dogs first and want to do what is best for the dogs and our clients.
The compensation is what it is. I am paid well for my position, but do feel as if I have been overlooked due to situations that were out of my control/inherited when moved to a different center.
the only reason i feel undervalued is due to the fact i was thrown into a center that needed extreme help and was not given recognition by anyone but my regional when the outcome of the center would affect multiple centers.
