We all respect and trust each other and do not tolerate meanness or gossip or bad behavior. My team trusts that I will take care of problems and make their job easier.

There is a lot of talent and we have a very positive culture and we work well as a team. Staff members communicate well and there is a high level of respect and professionalism in the workplace.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our concerns and needs are heard and addressed. There seems to be a genuine emphasis placed on coaching and mentoring mangers and supervisors and giving them the tools to succeed at a operational level. They are approachable, responsive, and encouraging.

There is a high level of respect, trust, kindness, and professionalism among my team. We help each other and always foster learning and career development. We do not gatekeep knowledge or skills, and everyone has the chance to learn and be trained.
