The team we have in the clinic is great, but overall we definitely feel like just another number to corporate. We feel like we are not valued and that we could easily be replaced. This makes us not want to put our best foot forward

A raise. I do the job of multiple people and my pay should reflect that

we need adequate staffing and more understanding from upper management. adequate pay is also needed
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Open communication and understanding when clinics are short staffed and cannot provide services to regional managers as soon as they demand them. And I do mean DEMAND them. It's always a strict timeline for a task that MUST be done!
